Return policy

We will resend or refund the full payment to you for the following items:

1. The goods you receive is different with the description(Style,Color or Size).please return it within 3 days after you receive it, and must be sure it is good condition ! after we receive the item(s), we will return the full payment to you, you must contact with me before you renturn it

2. You don't get your order 45 days later since you paid

We don't refund for the following items:

1. The shoes/goods damaged, scratchesed, wore or keep the shoes more than 10 days after received the shoes

2.The goods arrived at your post office,and the worker attempt to delivery failure for several times,and we aslo email you to contact your post office to pick up,but you never response us.If you want to resend the order,you must re-pay the shipping fee after we get the package
3.The payment is western union

No reason to refund for creadit card payment:

1.Request a refund before we ship your order:
    We will remove 5% of the payment fee for a full refund.Such as:
    Full payment is 100 USD,we will refund 100USD*(100%-5%) =95USD
2. Request a refund after you recieved your order:
   We will remove 5% of the payment fee and shipping fee for a full refund .A refund will be did after we receive the returned goods. Such as:
    Full payment is 100 USD,shipping fee is 30USD,we will refund 100USD*(100%-5%)-30USD =65USD

A partial refund:

1.We will refund part payment if some items are out of stock in your order and you don't want replace with other items.
2.We will refund part payment if you don't want some items before we ship your order.

The time for refund to your account:

It usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive to your bank account after we apply for a refund

Charge back

1. If customers charged back with no reason and try to steal money,we will upload all the tracking number and order detail to the credit card company to block your card!!!
2. If you steal other people's credit card to pay,we will send your name,address and ip address to your local police!!!
